The Master of Horror Himself

I am an avid reader of Stephen King's horrific fiction, there is just something about this amazing writer that holds you until that very last page. Stephen King has been writing since college where he wrote for the THE MAINE CAMPUS, which was his college newspaper. King sold his first work entitled "The Glass Floor" in 1976. This was a beginning of it all.....

In my pursuit of finding that next Stephen King novel, I have found that Amazon.com has the best selection of Stephen King's works and for the best price anywhere else on the web.

The first Stephen King book that I read was "The Shining" I read this book about ten years ago. The beginning of the book was totally captivating and King blends real life with the character's background which sets the stage for a truly disturbing psychological profile of each of them. "The Shining" is a very creepy read and actually caused severe anxiety for me as I could not stop reading because I was so anxious to see what would happen with the key characters who were Jack, Wendy and Danny. King is unsurpassed in his writing style as he is the only writer I know who can describe the entire psychological state of the characters he presents from their seemingly normal beginning to their completely terrifying end.
